YMCA Day 3

Worked on Legs today.  This was a tougher day for me because my knee isn't very strong yet.  I can lift a lot more weight than I'm doing but the doc says I have to really go light on Open Chain exercises.  Getting stronger though... Did I mention I'M SORE!  I am really sore from the last couple of days.  I'll be ready for this to get back to normal.

YMCA Day 2

Today we worked on Back.  We worked out a little over and hour.  Started with basketball, then did some dumbbell lifting, then some curls, then some pullups, and finished with some core workouts.
